Technical clerk for fault management in alternating shifts
Your tasks
- As a technical clerk, you are responsible for the proper acceptance of fault, customer and service reports across all divisions.
- Even in critical situations, you will provide qualified information and give instructions on what to do.
- You prioritize incoming reports and immediately initiate the necessary troubleshooting measures.
- Part of your work involves communicative cross-divisional cooperation with the control center.
- You will carry out assigned services as part of the tasks mentioned above.
- Careful documentation of reports in the relevant IT systems rounds off your area of responsibility.
- The central fault reception / reporting office for energy and water, which is available around the clock, receives fault reports personally on the phone or by e-mail. It initiates all necessary measures to rectify the fault and takes care of service customers.
- In accordance with a coordinated notification and alarm system, it informs the responsible fault clearance services as well as public order and emergency services such as the fire department, THW and police.
Your qualifications
- You are a master craftsman in the field of electrical, mechanical or installation engineering or have a comparable qualification.
- You have experience in electricity, gas, water and district heating supply and installation.
- Knowledge of fault clearance management is also part of your portfolio.
- Ideally, you have expertise in MS Office, Lovion and OpenScape Contact Center.
- You are characterized by your ability to work in a team and your strong communication skills. You are always attentive to the needs of customers.
- You also enjoy mastering complex tasks, keep an overview in dynamic situations and are careful and reliable even under time pressure.
- Working alternating shifts is no problem for you and your everyday life.
