Technical clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on feed-in management
Your tasks
- You will advise customers on all aspects of energy feed-in
- You will clarify customer-specific questions about grid usage for standard and special customers
- You will be responsible for processing preliminary EEG inquiries and applications and incoming notifications in the grid portal
- You will contribute to the preparation of offers and take care of technical correspondence
- You take care of database maintenance and support internal processes
- You have an eye for processes and enjoy working on internal projects
- You are available to advise our customers by telephone and also take on office management tasks
Your qualifications
- You have completed training in a technical or commercial field, ideally in electrical engineering.
- You are part of a team that stands up for each other
- You find it easy to adopt the perspective of our customers and thus develop efficient solutions
- You are interested in the area of responsibility of Stadtwerke Hameln Weserbergland and the topology of a supply network
- You are motivated by the challenge of securing the energy supply at all times and helping to shape the energy transition
