Technical Consultant Energy Management (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Comprehensive advice and support for our customers in the selection of devices, system configuration and implementation of energy management solutions
- Analysis of customer systems and identification of optimization potential
- Remote monitoring of customer systems, preparation of individual reports and recommendations for action to continuously improve energy efficiency
- Contributing to the strategic design of our energy management portfolio and supporting product managers and product owners in the creation of product visions and product roadmaps
- Passing on findings from customer feedback and user behaviour to product management to support the evaluation of requirements and prioritization of features
- Ensuring the quality of our consulting and services as well as optimizing existing and implementing new processes, methods and tools
Your qualifications
- Technical degree (e.g. electrical engineering. Energy technology, facility management, industrial engineering, business informatics) ideally with a specialization in energy topics or comparable knowledge – acquired through practical experience and/or further training
- Sound experience and knowledge as an energy consultant and/or energy management officer
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills, reliable and independent way of working as well as a very high level of initiative
- Communicative and customer-oriented personality
- Knowledge of MS Office, use of energy management and building management software
- Experience with databases, interfaces or SCADA software solutions (programming and configuration) desirable
- Team orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
