• Advising customers and installers on all aspects of metering point operation
• Development and establishment of various online portals (e.g. installer portal)
• Optimization of existing processes and creation of new structures
• Preparation, implementation and optimization of EEG registration processes
• Granting the concession to third-party companies
• Supervision and control of service providers
• Monitoring of deadlines

• Completed training in an (electrical, gas, water) trade, technician, degree in energy management or comparable professional qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience desirable
• You have an interest in energy industry topics
• Sophisticated understanding of technical workflows
• You have an affinity for IT and are proficient in the relevant MS Office programs
• You work in an analytical and solution-oriented manner
• You are a team player, convince through commitment and have a desire for new challenges
• You are in possession of a class B driving license
