Verkehrsgesellschaft Frankfurt am Main, or VGF for short, is the municipal transport company in Frankfurt and operates all subway and streetcar services in Frankfurt. Around 400 rail vehicles provide comprehensive mobility on 9 subway and 10 streetcar lines. Over 2,750 colleagues work hand in hand every day in the driving service, in the workshops, on the track, in the stations and in administration to bring our passengers safely and comfortably from A to B.
We firmly believe that local transport is the future of mobility. That is why we are passionate about developing innovative ideas and concepts to make public transport even more efficient and sustainable. We value and promote diversity in all its dimensions – be it gender, age, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, religion or ideology, disability or social background. Each individual brings unique perspectives and skills that enrich our team and make us stronger together.
