Technical employee plant operation (f/m/d)

Your tasks
- Maintenance: You will support the operation, maintenance and expansion of heat and power generation plants through technical inventories, fault processing and the development of operating concepts. You will also supervise construction and maintenance measures, monitor third-party services and implement optimization measures.
- Quality assurance: You check and process fault reports and ensure electrical testing. You will also ensure water quality by performing analyses and taking appropriate measures.
- Communication: As a contact person, you will be in constant contact with subcontractors and partners to implement projects and technical solutions. You will also coordinate the installation and replacement of measurement and control technology with external partners.
- Looking at the big picture: you carry out inspections of systems, take meter readings and check operating statuses. If necessary, you will initiate optimization measures.
Your qualifications
- Qualifications: You have completed technical training as a plant mechanic in the field of heating/air conditioning/refrigeration technology or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience: You have professional experience in the control and operation of heating systems as well as in the installation and operation of decentralized communication solutions.
- Expertise: You have a good knowledge of electrical, control and regulation technology. Ideally, you have a very good understanding of information and communication technology (e.g. EN 50173 and DIN EN 50174-2) and IT security.
- Driving license: You have a class B driving license.
- Language skills: You are a strong communicator and business fluent in German (at least C1 level).
