Your responsibilities
- You analyze existing buildings to identify and implement technical and operational optimization measures
- You regularly monitor compliance with legal requirements and energy standards, and support the energy management officer in developing and implementing measures to save energy and improve efficiency within the framework of the ISO 50001 energy management system
- In addition, you will conduct energy inspections of refrigeration and air conditioning systems and prepare energy performance certificates for non-residential buildings in accordance with GEG requirements
- You will also advise building owners and our colleagues in Facility Management on energy optimization and assist with energy audits of technical systems in collaboration with our specialist departments
- Your responsibilities also include verifying and entering technical data into the energy billing system, as well as preparing environmental and energy reports for internal and external clients and government agencies
Your qualifications
- You have completed training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) with relevant experience in energy consulting and building services engineering, particularly with a focus on ventilation and air conditioning systems, or you hold a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience in preparing energy performance certificates and conducting energy audits
- You are passionate about measurement technology, have a strong understanding of key performance indicators, and work independently, systematically, and conscientiously, always meeting deadlines
- In addition, you are able to clearly explain complex issues in writing and are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel
