Technical Manager (f / m / d)
Your tasks
- Management and organization of the technical department as deputy plant manager of Stadtwerke Windsbach
- Supervision of the network infrastructure (low/medium voltage, street lighting, drinking water supply) in the supply areas of Stadtwerke Windsbach
- Planning and implementation of expansion and maintenance measures on the pipeline network (electricity and water)
- Written, telephone and personal communication with citizens and customers
- Creation of deployment plans for technical personnel
- Employee scheduling and management
- Technical and disciplinary representation of the plant management
- Assistance within the plant management for business plans, annual financial statements, etc.
- Committee work (works committee/city council)
- Participation in the on-call duty
Your qualifications
- Completed training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, master electrician (m/f/d), state-certified technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering with a focus on energy technology or comparable, optionally supplemented by additional training as a certified electricity network foreman (m/f/d) with professional experience
- Ideally combined with specialist knowledge in water supply (e.g.: specialist for water supply technology)
- Accurate, committed and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and experience in employee management
- Friendly and confident manner in dealing with citizens and customers
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Very good written and spoken German
- Interest in shaping the energy supply of “tomorrow”
- Willingness to be on call and attend meetings/committee meetings outside core working hours
- Driving license class B / optional: BE
