Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) PSIcommand
Your tasks
- As a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for all project questions relating to our PSIcommand field force management system. You support the projects
- For questions about installation, project start, updates
- With the initial error analysis and, if possible, rapid troubleshooting
- By reviewing requests and identifying duplicates and contradictions of existing requests
- Finding the right experts for non-standard tasks
- You will create and maintain a well-structured knowledge database for PSIcommand tasks from the large number of tasks. The long-term goal is to make yourself superfluous so that you can devote yourself to new tasks
Your qualifications
- Ideally, you should already be familiar with PSIcommand. If not, that’s not too bad. In any case, you will get to know new tasks every day and know how to master them
- Your knowledge will automatically grow with the solutions you find
- For the cooperation with the projects and the team in Poland, good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
- You like to face new challenges every day, keep an overview and avoid unnecessary work (e.g. by structuring information)
- Knowledge of Linux and SQL is helpful for easier familiarization
