Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) PSIcommand
Your tasks
- As a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for all project questions relating to our PSIcommand field force management system. You support the projects
- For questions about installation, project start, updates
- With the initial error analysis and, if possible, rapid troubleshooting
- By reviewing requests and identifying duplicates and contradictions of existing requests
- Finding the right experts for non-standard tasks
- You will create and maintain a well-structured knowledge database for PSIcommand tasks from the large number of tasks. The long-term goal is to make yourself superfluous so that you can devote yourself to new tasks
Your qualifications
- Ideally, you are already familiar with PSIcommand. If not, that’s no problem. In any case, you will get to know new tasks every day and know how to master them
- Your knowledge will automatically grow with the solutions you find
- For the cooperation with the projects and the team in Poland, good written and spoken German and English skills are necessary.
- You like to face new challenges every day, keep an overview and avoid unnecessary work (e.g. by structuring information)
- Knowledge of Linux and SQL is helpful for easier familiarization
