Technician / Master Craftsman in HVAC or Engineer (m/f/d) as Plant Manager for Heating Plants & Heat Supply
Systeno GmbH specializes in energy efficiency and heat supply as part of the GWH Real Estate Group. We supply heat to approximately 20,000 households for space heating and domestic hot water. In doing so, we place great emphasis on economic and environmental sustainability. Our company is located in the rapidly growing Rhine-Main region, with our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. Our facilities are located in Hesse and the neighboring federal states.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitoring operator responsibilities and ensuring operational safety
- Coordinating tradespeople (m/f/d), planners (m/f/d), and service providers (m/f/d), particularly in the context of major maintenance on transmission lines and the modernization of energy centers
- Future-oriented further development of plant technology for energy centers and heating networks as part of decarbonization efforts
- Organizing operational management concepts in Systeno energy centers
- Contributing to the transition of plant technology into the digital future through remote access, efficiency analyses, and unlocking potential
- Meter management, including replacement at calibration intervals, remote connection, and plausibility checks
- Collaboration on the development of transformation plans
Your Qualifications
- Completed training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the HVAC trade, or a degree in utility, energy, or building services engineering, or in energy or building management
- Professional experience in the operation of energy systems in industrial or commercial settings, as well as in the planning and implementation of utility systems, ideally in the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of the application technology of modern heating systems using both conventional and renewable energy sources
- Very good MS Office skills as well as solid knowledge of HOAI and VOB
- Knowledge of SAP and CAD is a plus
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a team- and customer-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a confident and friendly demeanor
