Your responsibilities:
Responsibility for the operational planning, coordination, and management of the rollout of intelligent metering systems (iMSys) and modern metering equipment
Technical evaluation of customer installations and verification of compliance with technical connection requirements in the electricity sector
Coordination and monitoring of fault analyses and troubleshooting for meters, smart meter gateways, and communication technology
Ensuring quality standards and providing technical oversight of service providers
Planning and managing personnel, material, and resource requirements
Creating and maintaining specifications, service-level agreements, and operational documentation
Providing technical support for the commissioning of medium-voltage metering systems
Undertaking project and special tasks, as well as continuously optimizing metering processes
Training and providing technical support to employees, and promoting knowledge transfer regarding new technologies
Ensuring complete digital documentation and tracking of all relevant work processes
Your Profile:
Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g., as an electronics technician for industrial engineering or an electrical systems installer, with successful further training to become a master craftsman, technician, or bachelor’s degree holder
In-depth technical knowledge of meter and power measurement technology, as well as experience working with live electrical systems
Proficiency in using IT systems, modern communication technologies, and process-oriented workflows
A strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
Strong teamwork and communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and a Class B driver’s license are required
