Systeno GmbH specializes in energy efficiency and heat supply as part of the GWH Real Estate Group. We supply heat to approximately 20,000 households for space heating and domestic hot water. In doing so, we place great emphasis on economic and environmental sustainability. Our company is based in the rapidly growing Rhine-Main region, with our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. WHAT TO EXPECT:

Monitoring of operator obligations and ensuring operational safety
Coordinating tradespeople (m/f/d), planners (m/f/d), and service providers (m/f/d), particularly in the context of major maintenance on utility corridors and the modernization of energy centers
Future-oriented development of plant technology for energy centers and heating networks as part of the decarbonization effort
Organizing operational management concepts for Systeno energy centers
Contributing to the transition of plant technology into the digital future through remote connectivity, efficiency analyses, and unlocking potential
Meter management, including calibration interval updates, remote connectivity, and plausibility checks
Collaborating on the development of transformation plans

WHAT TO BRING:

Completed training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the HVAC trade, or a degree in utility, energy, or building services engineering, or in energy or building management
Professional experience in the operation of energy systems in industrial or commercial settings, as well as in the planning and implementation of utility systems, ideally within the energy sector
Strong knowledge of the application technology of modern heating systems using both conventional and renewable energy sources
Very good knowledge of MS Office, as well as a solid understanding of HOAI and VOB
Knowledge of SAP and CAD is a plus
Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a team- and customer-oriented approach to work
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a confident and friendly demeanor
