• You monitor the national & international market and systematically identify relevant technological trends and solutions
• You help shape the future-proof portfolio strategy and manage the technological development of our products
• You will act as an interface between development management, business management and product management
• You ensure that the knowledge gained is incorporated into our research and development activities and manage the process
• You organize and moderate workshops and strengthen our innovation culture
• You build up a network of innovation drivers and strategic partners

• You have successfully completed a degree in technology or innovation management, electrical engineering, engineering sciences, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in innovation management and project management, preferably in the energy industry or in the field of electrotechnical industrial production
• You have a passion for technical innovation and innovation
• You have a holistic, strategic mindset
• You are characterized by a pronounced quality mindset
• You have initiative, goal-oriented communication skills, a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work in a team in an agile environment
• Your strengths include assertiveness and a hands-on mentality in implementation
• You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
