Temporary tenant emergency service (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You will be responsible – for approx. 28 hours per month – for answering telephone faults for the ABG Holding tenant emergency service in our building services center. The core hours of the job are the peak times of the emergency service: Mon-Thu from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Fri from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sat-Sun from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m
- You take telephone fault reports from our customers and arrange for appropriate repair measures if necessary
Your qualifications
- Very good PC user skills
- High service orientation, fun and skill in dealing with customers characterize you
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy making phone calls
- Good written and spoken German
- A high level of reliability and a sense of responsibility as well as quick reactions in critical situations round off your profile
