Your tasks
- The planning and construction project management of technical systems for building equipment (TGA), with a focus on heating and air conditioning technology, is the core of your job
- Based on your independent calculation, you successfully place NEW with the customer with your clever offers
- You are responsible for the planning and bidding process when the NEW Group participates in tenders for TGA
- You are responsible for the project, including managing the project team and monitoring external partners in the HOAI 1-9 service phases
- You will provide support in the sales process and product development and design specifications for awarding contracts
- You will ensure coordination between key account management, external partners and customers
- You will be responsible for carrying out the acceptance and commissioning of technical systems
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed your studies and have very strong knowledge in the field of supply engineering, alternatively you have successfully completed vocational training and an additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman in sanitary, heating and air conditioning / ventilation
- You also have several years of professional experience in TGA planning
- Knowledge of project management and certification according to IPMA Level D or comparable are required
- You are extremely adept at using CAD applications
- Knowledge of VOB, HLS planning services and HOAI as well as relevant laws, regulations and standards is required
- You should be proficient in MS Office applications and have a basic understanding of the technical aspects of energy supply
