Your tasks
Consulting, coaching and training our service customers in the energy industry on topics such as billing, market communication, receivables management, customer service, device management, forms, billing Conception, introduction and optimization of business processes with our lima software Technical (partial) project management and support in customer projects for the introduction and further development of our lima software
Your qualifications
Commercial or technical vocational training with additional qualifications or a degree or comparable qualification Professional experience in the energy industry as well as practical experience in energy management software - preferably lima, but Schleupen.CS, Wilken Neutrasoft, powercloud or SAP IS-U are also possible Initial project experience desirable High communication and consulting skills as well as a passion for customer centricity Ability to work independently with our customers on site or remotely
