Our tasks are diverse, varied and never boring. You will provide expert advice to energy suppliers, municipal utilities and network operators throughout Germany, primarily in North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse.


Your tasks

Advising, coaching and training our service customers in the energy industry on topics such as billing, market communication, receivables management, customer service, device management, forms, accounting, etc Technical (partial) project management and support in customer projects for the introduction and further development of our lima software


Your qualifications

Commercial or technical vocational training with additional qualifications or a degree or comparable qualification Initial experience in the planning and implementation of workshops or training courses Initial project experience desirable High level of communication and consulting skills as well as a passion for customer focus Ability to work independently with our customers on site or remotely
