THEMA Consulting is a leading consulting firm specialising in the European energy sector with headquarters in Oslo, Norway. To further develop our activities in Germany, we are looking for new senior staff members to support and strengthen our team in Berlin, where we have had an office since 2022.

Your responsibilities

• You will lead and manage project teams, taking full ownership of the problem-solving process and client deliveries
• You will build and expand our network with (major) commercial players like for example utilities, investors, banks, renewable project developers, clients within the industrial sector and large-scale power consumers
• You will support our acquisition activities for consulting services, bespoke analytics, and our long-term market outlooks. This includes managing sales and proposal processes for service offerings, and proposal presentations to customers, as well as developing new approaches, sales channels and business/ product development

Your qualifications

• University degree with very good academic results in economics, engineering, mathematics, physics, or similar
• 4 or more years of consulting experience, with a well-established network within the power sector and experience from consulting projects
• Strong business acumen, i.e., very good skills in understanding the „pain points“ of customers
• Fluency in German and English

• With your very good organisational skills you deliver your results with a structured approach
