For our Processes, Projects, and Quality department, we are seeking full-time support at our EWS eG location in Freiburg or Schönau.
Your Responsibilities
You will design and implement the (multi-)project management framework and ensure its ongoing development
You will coordinate, manage, and oversee ongoing projects, ensuring optimal collaboration and communication among the participating teams and functional departments
You will advise and support project stakeholders in developing and implementing necessary optimization measures
You will lead individual projects in compliance with internal company guidelines and budgets
You will ensure transparent and regular communication of goals, milestones, and procedures, including the implementation of appropriate coaching and training measures
You will conduct risk and vulnerability analyses and develop appropriate measures to minimize risk
You will ensure communication tailored to specific audiences to resolve potential conflicts of interest in a complex project environment
Your Profile
You have a college degree (e.g., industrial engineering, energy management, computer science)
You have relevant professional experience in agile project management and expertise in the application of project management tools and methods
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the energy industry
You are an analytical, solution-oriented team player with excellent self-management skills, a structured approach to work, and a respectful communication style
