Clerk (m/f/d) Order Center/Technical Control

Your tasks
- Strengthen our team as an organizational talent in the order center. You will form the crucial bridge between our customers, our technical teams and the local authorities. Your area of responsibility is diverse: from classic building technology (heating, plumbing, electrical) to future topics such as photovoltaics, e-mobility and municipal water supply.
- Data management: System-side recording, maintenance and documentation of orders in our ERP system (Streit V1).
- Deployment management: Central coordination of work orders from acceptance to completion as well as efficient deployment and scheduling for optimal resource utilization.
- Quotation preparation: Preparation of detailed customer quotations based on technical concepts and specifications from our specialist departments.
- Schedule management: Independent planning and management of meter changes (electricity, gas, water), from efficient route planning for our technicians to coordinating appointments with end customers.
- Process reliability: Structured planning and timely execution of regularly recurring routine tasks and rotational activities.
Your qualifications
- Education: Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. office management clerk (m/f/d) or forwarding and logistics clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification.
- Experience: Ideally, you have professional experience in scheduling, resource planning or in a comparable coordinating function (preferably in the energy supply, trade or technology sector).
- IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel) and experience in working with ERP systems (Streit V1).
- Structure: An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working – even when things get hectic during route planning, you keep an overview.
- Communication: You are articulate on the phone, have a sure instinct when dealing with customers and have a clear way of expressing yourself to the technicians.
- Technical understanding: You are not afraid of technical content and can translate complex specifications into comprehensible offers.
- Reliability: Conscientiousness in managing appointments and a high level of care in maintaining master data are a matter of course for you.
