We ensure a clean city, keep raw materials in circulation and generate renewable energy. We operate a landfill site, two modern sewage treatment plants and the 800 km long sewer network. Your tasks
Manage the department consisting of three specialist areas with around 30 employees in terms of personnel, organization and expertise Develop and implement the strategic direction of the department with regard to the personnel and organizational structure Continuously optimize and develop the processes within the department Control, support and monitor planning tasks and projects Monitor the department's investment and business planning Procure and monitor external specialist engineering services Accompany optimization processes Prepare reports for the Darmstadt Regional Council
Your qualifications
You will have successfully completed a technical engineering degree or have the relevant skills and experience to do so Have professional experience in project management/team management Demonstrate a high degree of responsibility, team spirit and commitment Have an economic way of thinking and acting Have a driver's license to drive a car
