Achieve great things: Your tasks as Head of Sales and Customer Management (m/f/d)
- Overall responsibility & leadership: You will assume overall responsibility for sales, management and billing - including technical, budget and personnel responsibility. You will lead your team in a goal-oriented manner and continuously develop it.
- Strategy & further development: You will actively drive forward the strategic development of our sales and service processes. You will optimize existing structures and develop new approaches for business areas, services and internal processes.
- Management & implementation: You plan, manage and implement sales projects independently - particularly in the context of tenders and customer projects. You also coordinate external service providers and ensure efficient collaboration.
- Customer focus & quality: You ensure the complete and high-quality implementation of individual quality, requirements and sustainable satisfaction of our customers.
- Controlling & Reporting: You are responsible for the ongoing monitoring and internal and external reporting of your area and ensure that targets are achieved in accordance with agreed KPIs.
- Innovation & processes: You develop new workflows, support the launch of new products and manage sales and offer campaigns.
