Wuppertal, in the heart of the Bergisches Land region and centrally located between the Rhine and Ruhr rivers, has a population of around 360,000. WSW Netz GmbH employs around 230 people. It is responsible for carrying out all network-related business and work processes in accordance with the Energy Industry Act. The company is part of the WSW Group with around 3,000 employees.
Your tasks
You will support the management in strategic and operational tasks as well as in day-to-day business You will manage, coordinate or support cross-divisional projects and also represent them independently You create presentations and reports and prepare decisions after appropriate analysis and research You prepare substantive position papers as part of association support and attend management board and committee meetings You support the management team in the annual strategy process and in corporate development You will support the management team in the preparation and follow-up of meetings and working groups and coordinate the resulting tasks
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed a technical degree with an additional business qualification (e.g. industrial engineering) with a Master's degree You have professional experience relevant to the role, e.g. in energy supply, the energy industry, grid operations or management consulting You have the ability to deal professionally and confidently with managers and the various interest groups of a municipal grid operator Analytical and conceptual skills are just as natural for you as a high level of commitment, flexibility and the ability to work independently You have strong teamwork and communication skills and can work confidently within the complex structures of a group
