Operational Network Management Team Leader (m/f/d)

Wendlingen am Neckar
Full-time
Active since: 09.09.2026

As a transmission system operator, we ensure the electricity supply for approximately 11 million people in Baden-Württemberg. We are building the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing, and expanding the extra-high-voltage grid in line with demand. With our grid, we are not only transforming the state into an innovative electricity hub in the heart of Europe, but are also playing a key role in shaping the energy system of the future.

The System Operations division is responsible for the safe, environmentally sound, and efficient operation of the transmission grid and TransnetBW’s control area around the clock. In addition to controlling the 380- and 220-kilovolt transmission grid, this includes providing high-performance IT and infrastructure systems, trading on energy and balancing markets, HSE tasks, and the development of future-proof platform solutions for controlling the power grid.
