Senior Utility Consultant with focus on EDM (m/f/d)

What you can expect from us:

• Advising our clients on processes and change in the energy sector
• Analysis of complex energy industry processes with a focus on energy data and balancing group management, surplus/shortfall billing and Redispatch 2.0
• Developing innovative optimization and digitalization concepts and presenting the results to decision-making bodies
• Creating customer-specific target concepts, taking into account overarching business processes and innovative industry solutions
• taking on the interface function between customer requirements and the operational process managers in the Utility Services division
• Independent planning, control and management of projects including coordination, controlling and economic responsibility
• Continuous market and trend analysis and derivation of new recommendations for services and system solutions
• Support with pre-sales and tendering activities as well as assistance with the selection and introduction of new technologies and software

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in the field of energy management, business informatics, business administration, engineering or comparable knowledge
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the energy industry, ideally in a consulting or service environment
• Sound knowledge of core energy industry processes, e.g. EDM, balancing group management, surplus/shortfall billing, Redispatch 2.0
• Very good knowledge of regulatory framework conditions e.g. EnWG, GPKE, MaBiS, GeLi Gas
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and moderating workshops and training sessions
• Strong analytical skills to present complex issues in an understandable way
• High customer orientation, confident appearance and excellent communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken German and a moderate willingness to travel
