To strengthen our Operations team in Munich (or hybrid), we are looking for a Manager Market Operations, Balancing Group Manager, Schedule Manager (m/f/d) in the energy sector to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks
- Operational responsibility: Ensuring the smooth, reliable and compliant participation of our rapidly growing portfolio in the electricity trading and balancing energy markets. Including core energy industry processes, particularly in the areas of balancing group management, schedule management, market communication, billing and reporting.
- Scaling & process optimization: Analysis, further development and automation of existing processes in the market operations environment. Identification of efficiency potential and implementation of optimization measures to support growing marketing volumes.
- Interface & stakeholder management: Close collaboration with Customer Onboarding & Success Management, Finance and Technology to continuously improve scalability, automation and service quality.
- Reporting & Control: Development and analysis of relevant reports for monitoring processes, performance indicators and quality assurance.
- Projects & further development: Collaboration on strategic and operational projects in the area of flexibility marketing and energy industry processes. Support with the introduction of new products, market roles or regulatory requirements.
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering, energy industry/renewable energies or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the energy industry, ideally knowledge of back-office processes and experience with Robotron eSales (market roles BKV and supplier)
- Knowledge of balancing group management, market communication and/or billing
- Knowledge of flexibility markets (control reserve, electricity spot markets) is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, initiative and implementation skills
- Fluency in German and English
