ARCUS Elektrotechnik Alois Schiffmann GmbH, based in Munich, develops and manufactures electrical products for energy suppliers, grid operators, industry, and the rail sector.

Your future responsibilities:

Technical and commercial support for energy suppliers, grid operators, municipal utilities, and industrial companies in the Northern Germany sales region (postal code areas 2, 3, and 4).
Advising our technically sophisticated customers on our solutions in grounding and short-circuit technology, voltage testing, and cable connection and termination technology.
Further developing existing customer relationships and actively acquiring new customers and projects.
Regular client meetings, independent development of the sales territory through systematic visit planning, and consistent follow-up on sales opportunities.
Preparing and negotiating quotes and contracts, as well as conducting annual reviews.
Maintaining and updating all sales-related information in the CRM system.
Presenting ARCUS to customers, at industry events and trade shows, and collaborating with internal departments.

Your Profile:

Training in electrical engineering, ideally with advanced training leading to a master craftsman’s certificate or technician’s certification, a degree in electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in the energy sector, preferably with energy suppliers, grid operators, municipal utilities, manufacturers, or in the technical trade.
Practical understanding of electrical grids and equipment; knowledge of low-, medium-, or high-voltage technology is a plus.
Experience in technical sales or in a customer-facing technical role.
Confident demeanor, strong negotiation skills, and a focus on closing deals.
Ability to take initiative, a structured approach to work, and the ability to independently organize a sales territory.
Willingness to travel frequently and maintain a regular on-site presence in the Northern Germany sales territory.
