- As a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d), you will support the specialist departments with your expertise and help shape the diverse expansion, conversion and new construction projects as well as the day-to-day business in a risk-conscious and results-oriented manner.
- You can expect complex energy industry issues from many areas of our company.
- For the vacant position, your primary tasks will include examining legal issues and developing and evaluating solutions relating to specialist planning and property matters.
- In addition, you will support the development and realization of our major projects in the natural gas and hydrogen sectors in particular.
- You will be involved when energy industry law changes to meet the challenges of the future.
- Our team also focuses on drafting contracts and providing expert opinions on issues relating to national and European energy law and public procurement law.
Your profile:

- have a keen interest in complex energy industry issues.
- Have successfully completed your studies with the second state examination in law.
- have a sound knowledge of specialist planning, regional planning and environmental law, ideally with several years of consulting experience in these areas at an energy supply company.
- have a confident manner and communicate clearly in order to convey your expertise in a convincing and understandable way.
- have a hands-on mentality and prefer to work independently.
- Be business fluent in English for contact with colleagues at the Dutch parent company.
