To strengthen our "Legal and Insurance" department, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) at the Kassel location as soon as possible as:

Fully qualified lawyer / legal counsel (m/f/d) specializing in public procurement law

Exciting challenges await you:

GASCADE is a subsidiary of SEFE, which is owned by the federal government. Due to this affiliation, we are subject to the Sector Regulation and are therefore looking for a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with a focus on public procurement law.

Your tasks:

  • You will advise on legal issues, in particular in the areas of public procurement law (Sector Regulation, GWB, VgV) and energy and commercial law.
  • As part of interdisciplinary (project) teams, you will accompany Europe-wide tenders.
  • You will conduct contract negotiations in the context of procurement projects.

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed your second state examination in law.
  • You have at least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a company or commercial law firm, ideally with project experience in the area of tenders under EU public procurement law.
  • You are business fluent in English and have a good command of written and spoken German.
  • You have a strong understanding of economic interrelationships and are interested in technical and interdisciplinary issues.
  • Very strong communication and teamwork skills round off your profile.
