This is where you get involved
- Risk management guidelines: You support the management in defining the company-wide risk policy. You will continuously develop the risk management guidelines for energy procurement, energy sales and energy generation.
- Reporting and transparency: You will prepare risk reports and communicate these regularly to the management. You will also head up the risk committee and promote a transparent risk culture within the company.
- Managing and developing the risk management process: You will be responsible for managing and continuously developing the risk management process in close cooperation with the specialist departments. You will assume responsibility for the operational risk management process. You report to the management.
- Risk indicators: You will develop risk assessment models and ensure that these are always up to date. You define and calculate key risk figures and monitor them continuously.
- Profitability analyses: You will be involved in the preparation of profitability analyses and contribute your knowledge to the evaluation of future projects of the company.
This will convince us
- Degree: You have successfully completed a university degree in economics, industrial engineering, mathematics, risk management or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience: You have several years of in-depth knowledge of risk management in an energy supply or trading company.
- IT skills: You are adept at using the common MS Office programs.
- Competence profile: You are characterized by a structured, independent and proactive way of working as well as a strong analytical mindset.
- Communication skills: You have strong communication skills and business fluent German at a minimum C1 level.
