Our commercial area forms the backbone of our company and consists of the HR, Facility Management, Legal, Finance and Controlling departments. Here you are much more than just an internal service provider: you ensure that our business processes run smoothly and make a significant contribution to helping us achieve our goals.
Achieve great things - your tasks as a Facility Manager (m/f/d)
- Operational safety: With your commitment, you ensure that our properties and rental buildings run smoothly at all times.
- Technology & building maintenance: With your expertise, you will reliably take care of the maintenance, repair and monitoring of our technical systems (ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical engineering). You have an eye for detail and ensure that our buildings always have a clean and tidy appearance.
- Coordination: You organize and coordinate tradespeople, service providers and suppliers with confidence and foresight.
- Project management: You are actively involved in facility management projects and steer them to success on your own responsibility.
- Administration & on-call: You will provide support with administrative tasks relating to facility management and property management and take on the technical on-call service. As a friendly contact person, you are always on hand to support tenants and internal and external customers.
Achieving your goal with expertise - your profile
Specialist knowledge
- You have completed training in HVAC or have a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have experience in facility management and have a good understanding of the processes involved. Knowledge of electrical systems as well as ventilation and heating systems round off your technical profile.
- You are confident and respectful in your dealings and communication with partners from the trades, supply and service sectors.
Expertise
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German, which enables you to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Your good knowledge of MS Office helps you to complete your tasks efficiently and in a structured manner.
- You can easily read and understand technical drawings and put them into practice.
