(limited to 15 months - parental leave replacement)

• The focus of the job is the independent processing and implementation of projects in the area of energy industry processes / market communication
• Developing and refining the necessary processes, data formats and automated interfaces together with the technical experts from our member companies
• Supporting and participating in internal association committees and representing the association in dealings with politicians and regulatory authorities
• Analyzing and evaluating regulatory requirements, exchanging information and working closely with internal and external experts to examine issues and develop proposed solutions
• Preparation of technical statements
• Preparation and publication of specialist topics in the association's specific media and conception of specialist events, speaker activities

• Successfully completed university degree (diploma/master's degree), preferably with a focus on engineering, economics or social sciences or computer science; professional or industry experience is an advantage, but we also encourage university graduates and career changers to submit their application
• Good knowledge of the energy industry, strategic thinking and a good understanding of complex interrelationships and processes
• High affinity for processes and IT, knowledge of common data formats (UML, EDIFACT, XML) or interfaces (API) is an advantage
• Experience in project management and moderation
• Convincing personality with a confident manner, negotiating and argumentation skills and very good written communication skills as well as the ability to present specialist topics in a concise and understandable way for different target groups
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Very good knowledge of common Office programs
