• Acting as CEO of the project (representative of the company)
• Technical leadership and management of the project team
• Management of project opportunities and risks
• Control of contract and supplement management
• Leading stakeholder and communication management
• Management of resources (needs assessment, requirements, integration)
• Responsibility for achieving project goals (project result, deadlines, HSEQ)
• Participation in sales and marketing processes
• Support with tendering and bidding activities
• Control and monitoring of the project IT infrastructure
• Involving all departments affected by the project, making decisions and involving the various interests
• internal and external project reporting Participation in all project-related decision-making processes within the company organization

• Successfully completed studies in engineering or industrial engineering
• at least 5 years of professional experience as Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) in plant engineering for projects > 100 MIO€
• A recognized project management certification (PMI, IPMA or similar) is an advantage
• at least 5 years of experience in negotiating complex legal and/or financial issues
• Very good MS Office skills and very good knowledge of project management tools (costing, budget planning, project status report, etc.)
• business fluent in German and English
• High level of communication and teamwork skills, also in complex matrix organizations
• Willingness to travel domestically and throughout Europe (approx. 25%)
• Hands-on mentality and pioneering spirit
