To strengthen our "Asset Management" department, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible as:

Technician/engineer (m/f/d) with knowledge in the field of cathodic corrosion protection (CCP)

Your tasks:

  • You will supervise and plan cathodic corrosion protection systems (CCP) for gas transportation pipelines and pipelines in plants (LKS) and create and supervise maintenance plans in this environment.
  • You will coordinate metrological investigations of the CCP protection system of GASCADE's gas transport network, assess and prioritize the resulting repair measures and help assess the effectiveness of active corrosion protection and pipeline integrity.
  • You will be responsible for data maintenance and data evaluation in the KKS and LKS environment, prepare data in a quality-assured manner, process it further and analyze it.
  • You will create instructions and specifications and work on the further development of PPS management software and the maintenance strategy for pipelines.
  • You will support the further development of the maintenance strategy for pipelines.

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed an engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering or a technical apprenticeship with many years of professional experience in the aforementioned field of activity and ideally have knowledge of the specialist field of KKS/LKS as well as national and international standards.
  • You show a high willingness to familiarize yourself with interdisciplinary, complex and technical issues and are prepared to familiarize yourself with specialist software and have good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You have a strong technical understanding and analytical skills, are team-oriented, resilient and flexible.
  • You have a very good command of German and a good command of English.
  • You are willing to travel and have a car driver's license.
