We are looking for dedicated reinforcement for our Network Planning team in Geldern, Kalkar or Wesel at the earliest possible date - limited until 31.12.2027.
Network Planning at the Lower Rhine Regional Centre plans medium-voltage, low-voltage, street lighting and broadband networks in the districts of Wesel & Kleve, from the initial idea through conception and implementation to final documentation. In addition, technical services are implemented and the existing infrastructure is further developed with innovative technologies. In doing so, we take advantage of the opportunities presented by digitalization. You will take on these challenges in our dynamic environment, work with us to further develop the networks in our region and adapt them to the current needs of our customers.
That's what you stand for:
- You are responsible for determining the demand situation, developing planning concepts, project planning for supply networks and analyzing transmission capability
- You consider different variants and carry out cost comparisons/economic feasibility studies
- You negotiate with customers, authorities, utility companies and landowners and obtain approvals
- You create implementation documents and cost calculations and plan materials
- You carry out the overall process planning and control for complex construction and maintenance measures
- You are responsible for the deployment and coordination of external companies, including quality assurance, construction supervision and technical completion / completion notification
What you bring with you:
- You have successfully completed further training as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d) in a relevant electrical engineering profession
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the electricity grid and have sound specialist knowledge of the relevant guidelines and regulations as well as experience in project planning for medium and low-voltage grids
- You enjoy helping to shape the digital future and are confident in all common IT applications such as MS Office
- You take occupational health and safety into account in your actions and address critical situations openly
- You win others over with your business fluent communication in German and recognize your contribution to successful teamwork
- You have a class B driving license for independent project work in the region
